Our pricing

Property management companies have bloated their rates with hidden fees, upsells, and add-ons. And it becomes difficult to understand your true cost of doing business. We took note. We decided to make our service fee simple, straightforward, and competitive.

We charge 20% of your gross revenue. This excludes the cleaning fee and platform service fees (eg. Airbnb fees). Other management companies include these fees in their rate, which inflates their overall payout.

Supplies and maintenance

Towel goes missing, don't worry about it. Need to fix a screen door. We got it. We'll restock everyday items at no charge. And cover up to $250 in monthly repairs. One of our core values is transparency. We'll be crystal clear if major expenditures are needed. For everything else, leave it to us.

Marketing and promotions

We don't want to just increase your revenue, we want to bring you high quality guests that treat your place with respect. Through our marketing channels, our goal is to drive repeat guests and referrals. We'll also promote your property to our audience so that we're not simply reliant on 3rd party sites.
